Welcome to another year of our Christmas home tour! I’m so excited to join the Meaningful Holiday Home Tour again this year, hosted by the incredibly talented Laura of Meaningful Spaces. The homes on the tour so far have been just gorgeous. If you’re coming over from Honeybear Lane, welcome! Let’s begin the tour.
Living Room
I was really inspired by a black and white color palette this year, as well as lots of greenery. I especially love pops of black in our home because it stands out so much among all the white and neutrals.
We got a new flocked Christmas tree this year and I really love it! I had purchased our old one secondhand and it was in pretty poor shape. This new one is so sturdy and does not shed too much for a flocked tree. I love that the branches aren’t so tight that I can nestled some good sized ornaments on the boughs – my favorite look! (Looks like it’s sold out right now but there are similar ones here and here)
As always, the shelves are one of my favorite things to style. It’s so easy to make them feel festive with just a bit of greenery and a few seasonal touches.
These gorgeous velvet wrapped trees made a comeback from last year, and I’m loving them with twinkle lights strung in between!
Dining Room
Our dining room turned out even better than I had hoped. I slung that pine garland over the art piece on a whim and it ended up tying the space together so perfectly.
I added mini wreaths on the back of each chair with the same striped ribbon, which tied in so well to the modern black candle holder.
Kitchen
I’ve started to change out the decoration on the range hood seasonally and I love the simple pine wreath this year. Black accents again came in through the darling pine tea towel paired with plaid.
One of my favorite touches this year was adding these little gingerbread cookies and candy canes on our island tray. And that little miniature house is actually a matchbox! Fun little moments like that are the best part of holiday decorating to me!
Master Bedroom
Even at the holidays I keep our bedroom in an all-white color palette
because it’s our escape. We love for it to be calming and peaceful and just a
few Christmas accents made it feel special yet serene.
This blush pink throw blanket is always everyone’s favorite thing. Sadly, it’s no longer available from Nordstrom, but I found a few similar ones!
This white garland was a Home Goods find last year and I love it across our dresser. It adds holiday sparkle without being too loud.
A flocked white wreath on the mirror and bottle brush trees are all we needed for some Christmas layering.
Target had some great Christmas finds this year, especially their gold metal line, like this holly branch (I also loved the metal wreaths).
Landing Area
This little area at the top of our stairs makes my heart happy year round but especially at Christmas! Actually, I’m not sure I’ve shared it here on the blog before, though I’ve showed it on Instagram.
Everyone always wants to know the details on these amazing fern prints, and you can purchase them here. Mine are 24×36 on bright white canvas framed in Ikea Ribba frames.
This $35 Walmart tree is great affordable purchase! For the price I think it’s good quality and the flocking is nice and thick. I dressed it up with some outdoor cafe string lights and plopped it in a big basket for instant charm.
Thank you all so much for coming by today! I hope you loved the tour as much as I loved getting our home ready for the holidays. It really is such a magical time of the year, and so special to be able to create a warm, cozy space for our family to create memories. Make sure you head over to the next stop on the tour – Kelly of The Greenspring Home. She is one of my very favorite bloggers and instagrammers, with the most amazing house she and her husband have renovated. Go say hello!

One of my favorite guides to put together each year is the one for little girls! Since I have my own little girl, it’s fun to include some things she loves, some things she wants, and a few things I dream of getting her. I hope it helps you give the little lady in your…
If you’re like me, the holidays can be a little overwhelming deciding which direction to go with decor. There are so many options, styles and stores, it can be tough to navigate. So I wanted to provide a resource for a curated holiday look you could put to use in your own home. I scoured…
You guys know I had fun putting this one together! These are all either things Lexie owns or things that have been on her/my wish list for a while. There are quite a few bigger ticket items on here (though certainly not all) because I really like to gift one very special item each year….
Hello friends! Things have been busy busy around here. Since the sale has been over I’ve been working on our house like crazy! Though it may seem our house is furnished, in reality we haven’t even touched the other half of the house with three bedrooms, a bathroom and our master. I’ve made some fun…
One of my favorite things each year is putting together Easter baskets! {see Lexie’s first basket here and toddler inspiration here} It’s so fun to find sweet little somethings to fill their baskets and surprise them on Easter morning. Since Easter usually marks the beginning of spring and summer, I love to find seasonal items…

Here are a few of my favorites This soft, sophisticated bedroom from The Posh Home This stunning kitchen from The Leslie Style (who basically renovates a whole house every 6 months and kills it every time!). Courtney I love your attention to detail, your whole home is so magical. You are so talented, honestly can't choose my favorite room but those ribbon trees are at the top.
Oh my goodness, everything is so beautifully decorated! I love it!
It is really nice decoration. For Christmas, there is a lot to do. You can hire professional sg transfer maid to get help. They are very professional workers and will support you positively to do all the chores and other house works.
